To rebirth in Tongue Escape, open Rebirth on the left, reach the Level required by your current offer, and choose the purple Rebirth button when you are ready to reset. After the reset, check that your Level has dropped and your current multiplier has increased. Return to a usable treadmill and resume training with Space on a keyboard. The blue Skip Rebirth button is a separate paid offer.
Read your current Rebirth offer first
Open Rebirth before starting a long training session. Read the progress bar, the Before and After fields, and the warning about resetting your levels. Your current offer gives you the target for this reset. Use the requirement in your own menu when deciding how long to train.
Read the progress fraction as current Level over required Level. For example, 15/30 means that you are at Level 15 toward a Level 30 target. It does not mean you already have enough progress to reset. Keep training until you meet the requirement shown in that menu.
| Menu field | What to read | What to do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Level progress | Your current Level and this offer's requirement. | Set the training target for this reset. |
| Before multiplier | The multiplier you currently have. | Record it so you can check the result afterward. |
| After multiplier | The offered multiplier. | Compare it with Before; it is still a preview. |
| Level reset warning | The progress you are agreeing to reset. | Decide whether you are ready to rebuild that progress. |
The Level shown beside an After field can describe a later requirement. It is not your new current Level merely because it appears in the window. After a successful reset, read the actual HUD Level and the newly current Before field again.
Train to the displayed Level
Return to a usable treadmill in the spawn lobby. On a keyboard, move onto its training position, press Space and check for a training response. Repeat the input while watching your progress. The free white starter treadmill is a starting option when you do not meet another pad's requirement.
Check Level when the Rebirth offer asks for Level. Total Tongue, Wins and a shop's bonus label are different readings; none can replace the required Level simply because its number is larger. A Space press advancing progress also does not tell you that it added one whole Level.
If nothing changes, check your position and whether the game is receiving the keyboard input. Close a text field or menu taking your input, then test again at a usable training position. Read a pad's current requirement if it still does not work. Standing on a locked or paid position will not establish that you have met a free trainer's conditions.
Reopen Rebirth when you think you have reached the target. Check the actual progress fraction before confirming. If the ordinary option still says No Levels, compare your current Level with the active requirement instead of paying for Skip because the other button looks available.
Check what you are about to reset
Make a short record before accepting: current Level, Total Tongue, current multiplier and Wins balance. If you care about a particular Tongue or Trail, note both whether you own it and which one is active. You can then check whether the item remains owned and whether it is still selected.
Read the current reset warning before pressing the button. Expect to rebuild your Level after an ordinary Rebirth. Plan to train again before attempting a gap that needed your old reach. Do not confirm while assuming that the increased multiplier will immediately restore the length you just had.
One recorded early ordinary reset moved Level 10 to Level 1, Total Tongue 176 to 0, and the Rebirth bonus from +0% to +50%. The current Before multiplier changed from x1.00 to x1.50. Those values describe that reset, not a requirement ladder for every account.
Afterward, that menu showed progress 1/20 and an offered x2.00 multiplier. The player was at Level 1 toward the next Level 20 target. The x2.00 offer had not already been earned. Read the current progress and Before fields after each reset.
The current retention of a positive Wins balance and every purchased item or temporary boost is unconfirmed. If keeping a balance or purchase decides whether you want to reset, confirm that behavior before committing. Read the reset warning without treating it as a guarantee for every item you own.
Use the purple ordinary Rebirth button
When the displayed requirement is met and you accept the warning, press the purple Rebirth button. Keep it separate from the blue Skip Rebirth button beside it. An available paid button does not show that you have met the ordinary Level requirement.
Check the result before pressing anything again. Look for the success message, a lower current Level, and an increased current Before multiplier or Rebirth HUD bonus. Seeing a larger number only in After does not confirm a completed reset.
| Option | What you are choosing | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Purple Rebirth | The ordinary reset after meeting the displayed requirement. | The reset warning, then actual Level and current multiplier changes. |
| Blue Skip Rebirth | A separate Robux purchase offer. | Its current purchase terms; do not assume it preserves Level or items. |
The name Skip Rebirth does not tell you which progress a purchase keeps or how much it changes the account. Check those effects separately from the price. Use the ordinary option for the eligible reset described here; read a paid offer separately if you choose to consider it.
Check the reset result and the next target
Compare your own result with the record you made. If Level has dropped and the current multiplier has increased, start rebuilding your reach. Opening the menu or viewing an offer does not complete a Rebirth. If you are below the target, train further; if you already meet it, check the ordinary button and confirm the reset when ready, then inspect the result.
Check the Tongue and Trail menus afterward if you recorded equipment before resetting. Inspect ownership and the selected item separately. If a Trail you want to use is owned but inactive, select it in Trails and use Equip before comparing your training results.
Resume Space training and recheck trainers
Return to a treadmill you can actually use and resume the Space input. Watch Total Tongue or Level progress respond before planning another training session. A higher multiplier does not make standing there without a working training input a complete retraining routine.
Read the current labels on any trainer you expected to unlock. Free pads can have Rebirth requirements, while nearby Robux offers are separate purchases. Check the requirement on the trainer you want and whether your completed rebirths meet it. Test for a training response before switching your routine to that pad.
Check equipment, boosts and the trainer before measuring again. For a simple comparison, record Total Tongue, train at a pace you can maintain for 60 seconds, and record the gain. Keep the same inputs and conditions for a second sample. Start a new sample if you change equipment, claim a reward or rebirth again.
Compare gain and elapsed time using the same statistic. A displayed multiplier is not a measured Tongue-per-minute result, and a Tongue rate alone cannot predict the time to a Level target. Do not carry an active training rate into time when you stop pressing Space; check whether your own setup continues gaining without input.
Decide when to reset and troubleshoot failures
You can use the current offer as a decision point. If you want the multiplier and can accept rebuilding Level, complete the eligible reset and retrain. If you want to attempt a crossing with your present reach first, plan that attempt before resetting. Choose around your immediate goal and the training you will need afterward; do not assume one reset schedule is fastest for every equipment setup.
After retraining, retry the same gap to see what changed. A tongue tip falling short points to a reach problem. If the tip reaches but your character falls, check the path, body clearance and landing edge before spending another long session on the treadmill. Use the actual landing failure to decide what to fix.
| Problem | Check | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Purple option says No Levels | Current Level against the displayed target. | Resume Space training, then reread the offer. |
| You see a higher After multiplier | Whether current Before or the HUD changed. | Complete the eligible ordinary reset before counting the preview as earned. |
| You have much less reach afterward | The actual Level reset and current multiplier. | Return to a usable trainer and rebuild reach. |
| A supposedly unlocked pad fails | Its current requirement, your input and position. | Test a known usable free position and check for progress. |
| Rebuilding seems slower than expected | Equipment, boosts, input pace and the statistic measured. | Repeat a controlled sample under the conditions you will maintain. |
| You are unsure what Skip keeps | The paid offer's actual terms. | Leave the purchase unconfirmed until you understand its effects. |
